This Privacy Policy explains how Umanhonlen Gabriel ("I", "me") collects, uses and protects information when you visit this website, contact me, or engage my security consulting services. It applies to this site and to communications initiated through it.
Contact and consultation data. When you get in touch or book a consultation, I may collect your name, email address, company name, and the details of your security scope that you share.
Engagement data. During an engagement, I only access and process the systems, code and documentation you explicitly authorize in the statement of work. I do not collect, store or sell personal data beyond what is required to perform the work.
Technical data. The site itself may collect basic, anonymized analytics (such as pages visited and browser type) to understand performance. This data does not identify you personally.
I use the information I collect to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and scopes, deliver contracted security services, and communicate about engagement progress. I never sell your data, and I never share it with third parties except where required to deliver a service you have requested (for example, scheduling tools) or where required by law.
All findings, reports and communications related to an engagement are treated as strictly confidential. Reports are delivered only to the authorized contact, and retained for the period agreed in the statement of work. Vulnerability details are never published or disclosed without your written consent.
Contact information is retained for as long as needed to manage the relationship. Engagement artifacts are deleted or returned in line with the retention terms agreed at contract signing, unless a longer retention is required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information I hold about you at any time by booking a consultation through my Calendly. I will respond within 30 days.
