By engaging Umanhonlen Gabriel for security services, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. A binding engagement is only formed when a statement of work (SoW) is signed by both parties.
Services include penetration testing, secure code review, vulnerability management, security training and mentorship, consultation, and applied security research. Each engagement's scope, timeline and deliverables are defined in the SoW before work begins.
All testing is performed exclusively against systems and assets you own or are explicitly authorized to test. You confirm that you hold the required authorization for every target in scope and will provide written authorization when requested. I am not liable for any use of the service on unauthorized systems.
All information shared during an engagement is confidential. Findings and reports are delivered only to the authorized contact and are not disclosed without written consent, except where disclosure is required by law.
You agree to provide timely access to in-scope systems, accurate technical documentation, and a designated point of contact. Delays in access or response may extend the engagement timeline.
Fees are agreed in the SoW. Payments are due within the agreed terms unless stated otherwise. Retesting is included at no extra cost until all confirmed findings are resolved or the engagement window closes.
Services are provided with professional care, but no security service can guarantee that a system is free of all vulnerabilities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice in line with the SoW. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
Questions about these terms can be raised by booking a consultation through my Calendly.
